You remain responsible for checking your events and for keeping your own record of any important dates, appointments or deadlines. We are not liable for any missed events, late or undelivered reminders, or loss of data resulting from your use of the service. Your subscription gives you access to the service for 12 months from the date of purchase. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
