While we take care to ensure accuracy and reliability, the tracker and its reminders are provided as a general organisational tool, and we accept no responsibility for any errors, omissions or interruptions in the service, or for how it is used. Reminder emails depend on your email provider and internet connection, and we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered on time, or at all. You remain responsible for checking your own dates and for renewing insurance, licences, certificates and any other items on time, and for keeping your own record of important dates. We are not liable for any lapsed cover, expired documents, penalties, late or undelivered reminders, or loss of data resulting from your use of the service. Your subscription gives you access to the service for 12 months from the date of purchase. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
