Conditions
While we take care to ensure accuracy and reliability, the reservation system and its emails are provided as a general organisational tool, and we accept no responsibility for any errors, omissions or interruptions in the service, or for how it is used. The service does not take or process payments. Confirmation and reminder emails depend on your guests' email providers and internet connections, and we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered on time, or at all. You remain responsible for checking your reservations, for keeping your own record of stays, and for the safety, insurance and condition of any places or items you offer. We are not liable for any missed or double-booked reservations, late or undelivered emails, or loss of data resulting from your use of the service. Your subscription gives you access to the service for 12 months from the date of purchase. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
