Accessible fitness, nutrition, and recovery guides designed for real people with real lives — no gym membership required.
Most fitness advice quietly assumes you have an hour a day, a gym membership and a high tolerance for being told what to do. Most people have none of these. They have jobs, families, tired evenings, a body that is not twenty-five any more, and a reasonable suspicion that the latest miracle plan will end up in the same drawer as the last one.
This library takes a different approach. Each ebook is a long-form, practical guide to one part of looking after your body: building strength with nothing but your own bodyweight, making walking count, sleeping and recovering properly, eating well without rules or fads. Where the research is clear we say so. Where it is uncertain we say that too. The guidance is written for readers in the UK and refers to UK activity and nutrition guidelines throughout.
A subscription costs £15 for the year and gives you the complete library, including every title added during that time. Each ebook has six chapters. They are general guidance and not a substitute for advice from your GP, physiotherapist or registered dietitian, and each one says so where it matters.
