While we take care to ensure accuracy and reliability, the booking system and its emails are provided as a general organisational tool, and we accept no responsibility for any errors, omissions or interruptions in the service, or for how it is used. Confirmation and reminder emails depend on your customers' email providers and internet connections, and we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered on time, or at all. You remain responsible for checking your bookings and for keeping your own record of reservations, and for the condition, safety and insurance of any rooms or equipment you offer. We are not liable for any missed or double-booked reservations, late or undelivered emails, or loss of data resulting from your use of the service. Your subscription gives you access to the service for 12 months from the date of purchase. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
