Chicken Tikka Pieces
Tender chicken pieces coated in a yoghurt and tikka paste marinade, air fried until lightly charred at the edges.
Ingredients
- 600g boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
- 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp tikka curry paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- fresh coriander, chopped, to serve

Method
-
Mix the yoghurt, tikka paste, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and oil in a large bowl.

-
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
-
Place half the chicken in the basket in a single layer, shaking off any excess marinade, and add half the onion wedges.
-
Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, turning the pieces halfway, until lightly charred and cooked through with no pink meat.
-
Keep warm under foil and cook the second batch in the same way.
-
Scatter with coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
