- 400g pork sausage meat
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 x 320g ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg, beaten, for glazing

Brush one long edge of each strip with beaten egg, fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges together with a fork to seal.
-
Cut each roll into 6 pieces and brush the tops with egg, then sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and cook in two batches for 15 to 18 minutes each, until puffed, golden and the sausage meat is cooked through with no pink meat.
-
Leave to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
