Homemade Cheese & Tomato Pizza
Easy two-ingredient yoghurt dough topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella, air fried into crisp small pizzas.
Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
- 250g Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp passata
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g vegetarian mozzarella, grated or torn
- 60g vegetarian mature Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
-
Mix the flour, yoghurt and salt in a bowl to a soft dough, then knead on a floured surface for 2 minutes and divide into 4 pieces.
-
Roll each piece into a round about 16cm across, small enough to fit your air fryer.
-
Mix the passata, oregano and garlic in a small bowl.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Brush the bases with the oil and cook one at a time for 3 minutes.
-
Turn the base over, spread with a quarter of the sauce and top with a quarter of the cheeses.
-
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
-
Repeat with the remaining pizzas and slice to serve.
